Established in 2014, Spring Willow Healing Centre offers a range of health and wellness services to support and nurture our private and corporate clients. Our shop front located in Balgowlah on Sydney’s Northern Beaches has a treatment room and a small gift shop offering handmade items, crystals, and incense. For corporate clients we offer an in-office service to support the productivity and health and well being of office staff.

Shiatsu Treatments

At Spring Willow, we offer shiatsu treatments by fully qualified therapists who are members of the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Australia (STAA).

Shiatsu is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) combined with Japanese healing arts and macrobiotics. Ki shiatsu promotes a rebalancing of the natural energy flows throughout the body and supports self-healing to take place.

Shiatsu sessions run from 60 to 90 minutes. Clients are fully clothed, and treatments are offered either on a futon or a massage table.

Vibrational healing…

Crystal Alchemy bowls emit pure sound waves that have a deep healing affect throughout the whole body.

Sound healing has been found to have many powerful positive affects on the nervous system, stress and anxiety, the immune system, sleep disorders and much more. It also assists with the cleansing and clearing of the chakras, the energy centres of the body. The amplifying and magnifying qualities of the quartz assists powerful positive change.

The rhythmical vibrations are deeply soothing and allow the body to gently return to a state of peace and wellbeing.

Learning to notice…

At its most basic level, meditation is about noticing what is happening, right now, in the present moment.

The practices we offer come from the Insight and Vedic Mantra traditions.

Our Insight practice helps the practitioner focus on noticing what is arising in the body, mind, and emotions, pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral.

Our Vedic Mantra practice uses the Maha Mantra (Mantra of Great Deliverance) as the basis for practice, release, and realisation.

Morning and evening group classes run from 20 to 40 minutes throughout the week. Individual sessions can also be arranged. Bookings for individual sessions are essential.
